01 Are these genuine Rolex watches?
No. Every watch sold here is a replica. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or authorized by Rolex SA.
02 Are your watches the best quality?
"Best" is a slippery word. We inspect watches before dispatch and list the available movement tiers, but you should judge the exact model by its photos and specifications.
03 What is the difference between the movement tiers?
The standard tier is aimed at reliable daily wear. A super-clone tier copies more of the original caliber's architecture and may offer a longer stated power reserve. Movement varies by model, so the product page is the final word.
04 Can I get more photos?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at with the model name or link.
05 Does the second hand sweep?
Mechanical movements move in several small steps per second, so they look smoother than a quartz one-second tick. The exact sweep depends on the movement.
07 What comes with the watch?
A presentation box and replica documents are included where the product page says so. They are not original Rolex items.

06 When will my order ship and arrive?
We normally dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery is roughly 7-14 business days to the US, 7-15 to the UK and Europe, and 10-20 elsewhere. See the shipping policy for details.

08 What materials are used?
Materials vary by model. Check the product page for the crystal, case, bracelet, and movement fitted to the exact watch you want.
09 Is the watch waterproof?
Treat it as splash-resistant unless it has been professionally pressure-tested. Hand washing and light rain are lower risk; swimming, showering, diving, and hot water are not recommended.
10 What if something is wrong after delivery?
Contact us with your order number plus photos or a short video. Eligible damaged, incorrect, or defective items can be reported within 7 days; see repairs and returns.
