Returns within 7 days

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the watch arrived damaged, is the wrong item, or has a functional defect. It must be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories. We will review the issue and send the correct return instructions.

Repairs

For a movement, hand, crown, or bracelet problem, send your order number plus clear photos or a short video. We normally reply within 1–2 business days with the next step.
